- Pitches never bounce. Anything over your allowance lands in your queue unvetted; vet it on demand, buy a top-up, or upgrade.
- A pitch vet scores a pitch arriving through your intake link, automatically on arrival. Deep and Standard assessments are vets you run yourself on any handle you choose - and escalating a pitch to a full Deep uses a Deep assessment.
- Unused Deep and Standard assessments roll over for one month on every paid plan. On the free plan they do not. Pitch vets reset monthly on every plan - they never roll over.
- Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, prorated by Stripe. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period, and you keep your current allowances until then. You can cancel any time - you keep your plan until the end of the period, then drop to the free plan, and your data stays.
